About this experience

A sound bath is a simple restful way to move from anxiety or mental exhaustion into a peaceful and rejuvenated state.  

If you're struggling to reset or focus, meditation is beyond you right now, or you're wanting respite from an overwhelming world, then a sound bath is for you. 

At one of our sound bowl events, you'll rest on a yoga mat in a crystal-infused room. We'll provide you with a rose quartz crystal eye mask to wear if you wish .. a beautiful weighted mask to help you rest and relax.

About sound baths
Sound healing is used to enhance immunity, reduce physical pain, relieve stress and anxiety, restore emotional balance, improve sleep and amplify creativity.

Ash's sound baths are extremely accessible to beginners and those who struggle to meditate as all you need to do is listen to the sounds, no movement is required. Ash also infuses her sound baths with Reiki and aromatherapy to ensure a bespoke sensory experience. 

During a sound bath, Ash creates frequencies using instruments to bring the body and mind to a more harmonic state. Ash uses pitch perfect 432Hz crystal singing bowls and alchemy bowls, crystal singing pyramids, koshi chimes and a handpan.

Changes and cancellations

Date and time changes can be made at any time up to 3-days prior to the event date and time. Please email us directly to change the date and/or time, we'll work with you to find an available time. 

Cancellations can be made at any time up to 5-days prior to your event and time, and will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 3 days of your event will receive a 50% refund. Refunds are processed on the card used to make your booking. Please email us directly to cancel your booking. 

Due to the intimate nature of this event, we are unable to refund cancellations made outside of these timeframes.
