When not in use, store your jewellery in a soft lined box or a pouch. Try to keep pieces apart so they don't rub together.

Keep plated jewellery pieces dry and don't wear your jewellery whilst swimming or cleaning. Always put your jewellery on last when getting ready to avoid contact with chemicals found in perfume etc.

For plated jewellery, please note that due to the delicate nature of gold/silver plating, other metals and the frequency of wear, plating rubbing off or tarnishing is a natural part of wear and tear and is not considered a manufacturing fault.
