RED JASPER
Red jasper is an abundant crystal found across the globe, containing a high content of iron which gives it the beautiful red colouring. Believed to give strength to resist bullying and gain emotional stability and boundaries. Also said to be the stone of courage, passion and energy. You can use red jasper if you feel you need an energy lift. It is also said to be good for actors or feeling confident during public speaking.
