FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS

Your goodies are dispatched no later than one working day after we receive your order.

NEW ZEALAND

  • Your order is sent on free express overnight delivery
  • Expect an extra few days for rural delivery
  • Courier pick up and delivery is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Couriers can sometimes experience delays so though we book an overnight delivery, we always suggest anticipating parcel delivery to arrive within a few working days to major towns or cities.

    YOUR COURIER NOTIFICATIONS AND HOW THEY WORK

    • You'll receive a notification once your order has been fulfilled. It will include a tracking number - that number will work once the courier has picked up your parcel
    • Once your parcel has left ASH&STONE, it's in the hands of the courier company and we rely on their processes and tracking system
    • Using your tracking number, you can contact the courier company if you have any queries about delivery. As they have your parcel, they are your best first port of call with queries as they can help you with delivery information

    • Expect an extra few days for rural delivery or non major cities
    • Courier pick up and delivery is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
    • Courier deliveries are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
    • DHL will provide notifications to your email or mobile number with delivery information.

    Returns & Exchanges

    We package everything extremely carefully. But sometimes accidents happen on route to you. If this does happen please contact us (within 48-hours of receiving your goodies) with a photo of the damaged item including the packaging  An exchange, refund or store credit will be issued at ASH&STONE's discretion. 


    We want you to be happy with your new goodies so if you want to return your items we will happily exchange, credit or refund you.  

    Please email with a return request within 3 days of receiving your items and return within 7 days. Return shipping costs will be at your expense.

    Please note, due to hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns on earrings.
