ABOUT ASH & STONE
Founded in 2020 by Ash & Sara, this gorgeous business started as a small market stall in Christchurch NZ, providing unique crystal pieces. They quickly grew and opened up their first retail store in Christchurch and then moved to Auckland with their shop in Kingsland and then Ponsonby.
The world changed and so did Ash & Stone.
The New owner Anna saw the magic of the business and knew how much it meant to the customers to own timeless individual crystal pieces.

The new Owner & operator of this simply divine business located in Auckland, New Zealand.
Driven by energy, self wellness hacks and the love of pretty things, being able to take over Ash & Stone was a complete no-brainer.
Thanks to our amazing customer base, Ash & Stone continues to provide ethically sourced, unique, one-of-a-kind crystals, handmade jewellery, and the best singing bowls in NZ.

What does Free Express Shipping Mean?
Courier pick up and delivery is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
NEW ZEALAND
Though we book overnight express delivery, we always suggest anticipating parcel delivery to arrive within a few working days to major towns or cities.
- Free express delivery with Post Haste*
- Express delivery is generally 2 - 4 days
- Expect an extra few days for rural delivery or at busy times of the year
- *Orders over 25kg, we may use an alternative provider.

How long will my order take to get to me?
We pack and dispatch on same day or 1 day post your online order.
This means your gorgeous gift should arrive between 2-4 days from when you purchased.
My pretty things arrived broken?
Oh no!! All due care is taken to ensure your treasures arrive in the way they have left us. If your crystals have arrived damaged please have a full read of our terms regarding refunds and returns.

How is my order packed?
We love the places that our crystals have come from, so in order to keep the earth happy we use all Eco-packaging products when it comes to packing your order.
Every crystal is surrounded by recycled cardboard and pop starch to mitigate the damage that may happen during transit to you. Read more about our Eco-packaging values here.
