What are Alchemy bowls made from?
Our bowls are made from extremely high quality 99.9% quartz crystal. The exterior is embedded with all natural crystals and the interior has a matching aura tone.
The aura handheld bowl does not have crystals on the exterior. However, it uses the same production technique that creates the pure Alchemy sound.
Can I choose my own crystals?
Yes absolutely! We have provided a selection of bowls with the most popular crystals to choose from.
But if you would like a crystal that's not listed, simply order the size you are wanting and make a note of the crystal you'd like in the order notes.
If it's a rare crystal, there may be a price difference but we'll let you know before we proceed with production.
What will my Alchemy bowl come with?
Your Alchemy bowl will have a custom made protective carry bag. This is a zippable case with strong handles.
We also provide:
- two hollow suede mallets
- a rubber o-ring to place the bowl on (excludes handheld bowls)
- mircrofibre cleaning cloth
- care instructions.
What part of the bowl is handcrafted?
The process of adding crystals and aura is all part of the handcrafted process. Each bowl is unique and, as such, the height can vary for each bowl size.
Our handheld bowl is 100% handmade using a technique not to dissimilar looking to glass blowing. These are created by master craftsman. Every part of this process is quality checked to ensure an exquisite bowl.
Every bowl is hand-tuned by experts in this field.
How long will it take for my bowl to arrive?
If we have your Alchemy bowl in stock, we will ship it straight away on express delivery using NZ Post or DHL. This can be overnight, sometimes a few days (depending on your location).
Custom orders generally take 3-4 weeks to arrive. It's worth the wait!
We'll send you a tracking code so you can monitor your bowl's arrival.

We are very proud to be working with a specialist company in China that is dedicated to providing the best in Alchemy singing bowls.
They are leaders in this field, hire the very best master craftsman, use only high quality quartz, and have excellent quality control procedures.
Do you support ethical supply & pricing?
100% we do!
All of our bowls use an ethical supply chain - from the crystals used, to the prices paid to our supplier, and the prices we pass on to you.
When we receive a price reduction from our supplier (such as with the full set of Alchemy bowls we have currently), we pass that on to you. Ethical pricing all the way!
Why are these bowls cheaper than some others on the market?
It's because we have very little mark up! We wanted to make Alchemy bowls and this sound experience accessible to all.
These bowls will always be priced higher than their frosted counterparts - simply because Alchemy bowls use a specialist technique that costs more to produce (and our bowls are handcrafted).
But it didn't make sense to us that Alchemy bowls were out of reach for most because of huge retail prices. We work with the best in the industry, support an ethical supply chain, and have chosen to supply these incredible instruments at prices that are 100% fair and without the massive margins.
