Sending love to anyone having a tough time with mental health or just life right now.

The best things I’ve learnt in this ongoing journey is to ask for help, be open to seeing a therapist, take your time, cry if you need, let it out!

Be kind to yourself, move your body (even if it’s just a gentle stretch) stay as present as possible, and find hope in small wins. You got up? AMAZING. You had a shower? F#%K yes you did!

And breathe out. You are stronger than you think. 🤍🙏
