You will work closely with Ange who will run health talks based on current research. Each health talk is designed to support you with healthy change, enabling you to easily implement the advice and build it into a modern and busy lifestyle. 

Drawing on over 25-years of experience, Ange combines a background in nursing with her many years as an expert in naturopathy and herbal medicine. Ange .. or 'Natural Ange' as she's become known after a 23-year+ stint on Auckland radio 95bFM's breakfast show .. has a loyal following of clients with significant success in her fields of expertise.

Ange identifies ways to optimise your health in a creative way: natural remedies and alternative medicines to resolve health issues; healthy diets that fit into your daily routine; and handy tips to stay healthy when life is busy.

You will get a chance to talk to her about this holistic approach to health during your stay. Ange has established a busy naturopathic practice over the past 25 years, is trusted and very much loved by her clients.

Daily sound baths and meditation
Ash will be running sound baths and meditations for you each day. Using pitch perfect sound bowls, crystal singing pyramids and Koshi chimes, a sound bath is a simple restful way to move from anxiety or mental exhaustion into a peaceful and rejuvenated state.

A trained sound practitioner, Ash is the founder of ASH&STONE; a beautiful crystal and gift store based in Kingsland, Auckland. Ash has a loyal following and runs beautiful energy healing events as well as one-on-one energy healing practice.

Each guest will receive a complementary ASH&STONE goodie bag to take home with them. 

Private 1:1 reiki
Melt the stress away with Ash from ASH&STONE, each guest will receive a complementary 1-hour reiki, crystal and sound energy healing session tailored to you. Ash is a certified Reiki Master, crystal energy healer and trained sound practitioner. 

Beach and bush
Enjoy beach and bush walks, swimming, kayaking .. or simply stretch out on outdoor furniture and relax.

Night sky meditation
We enjoy the inky skies and brightly lit stars of Northland, then gently rest and reset with a silent meditation. Bliss!

Do as much or as little as you want
You are free to attend as little or as much of the retreat schedule as you wish. This is your time, so if you simply want to pop off for a nap or enjoy your own down time, that’s completely fine! There is also allocated free time too. 

Set on 1.6 acres, Te Koha Luxury Estate is surrounded by beautiful native New Zealand bush and overlooks stunning sea views. With a wraparound deck and outdoor heating, it’s all set up for you to enjoy truly stunning vistas.

Wake up to the sound of the ocean and native birds. Take a short walk to two pristine beaches. Two kayaks are available for your use.

Your room and ensuite
Each guest will have their own room and an ensuite with heated floors. Your comfort is our priority with comfortable mattresses, Egyptian cotton sheets, super fluffy towels, bath robes and luxury toiletries.

• Beach bag and towels.

Cuisine
Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner made freshly using organic produce. Mid-morning smoothies and snacks are provided throughout the day.

Your chef: Paul Scopas
Paul (Ange's partner) has run and owned successful restaurants in Auckland and now he’s on hand to create delicious meals for you. Paul has a thriving organic garden oasis and will be using produce from here to create your meals.
