Blue calcite crystal

Blue calcite is a calming crystal, believed to be a supportive stone if you are feeling anxious or holding a lot of nervous energy. It is said to help shift the feeling of being overwhelmed and change your perspective to being peaceful and in control of your own life.

Connecting to your throat chakra Blue calcite is also said to assist in finding your voice or expressing what you need to express to help release your nervous energy. 

Said to help connect you to your angelic and spirit realms, especially if you are focusing or learning about expanding your consciousness.

Howlite crystal

Howlite stones are said to enhance your intuition and support with bringing focus and creativity to you, as it holds white cleansing energy. A beautiful crown chakra stone, helping clear any blockages and connecting you in with your higher self. 

Howlite is also known to be the concentration, patience, calming, anti-frustration, and tolerance stone and believed to be good for defusing irritability as well as encouraging gentle and positive energy around you. Howlite is said to help slow us down, take a moment and unwind. 

It also is believed to attract blessings to the home, defuse and clear out old energy and bring a positive fresh flow. You can use Howlite when working with moon energies and manifestation also.
