Sodalite crystal
Sodalite is said to be one of the ultimate calming crystals, so use next to the bed if you are having issues with sleep.

Sodalite is believed to be a beautiful balancer between the mind and emotional, rational thinking and gaining control over impulse. Good for creativity especially in writing so this is a lovely crystal to use while journaling.
